A website for a small hotel or resort: rooms, packages and spa bookings sold online
A small hotel website needs three things a guest can do from a phone: see each room with its price, book it with a package, and book the extras such as a spa treatment. Our live demo, Copper Ridge, does all three today, and we build a hotel's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website itself then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a hotel owner the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a hotel owner asks for
- Every room on its own page. Rooms, suites and RV sites are products in the site's own store, each with photos, a price per night and a Book now button; the guest adds nights to the cart and checks out. The hotel connects its own payment account.
- Packages and day passes. A stay-and-soak package, a day pass and show tickets are sold the same way.
- Spa bookings. A booking form with the treatment and a free time from the appointment calendar; the hotel confirms by e-mail.
- Weddings and groups. Packages with prices and an inquiry form for dates and guest numbers.
- A loyalty club sign-up. The demo's players club form goes into the admin and by e-mail.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers questions about rooms, pools, check-in and directions from the site's own facts.
- A local guide, video calls to the front desk and an app on guests' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What the guest sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page; open Book a room and put a room in the cart (do not pay); show the spa calendar on Hot Springs (do not send it); open Events for weddings and groups; then show the demo tour. Copper Ridge is a fictitious resort in a real town, Caliente, Nevada, and its photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the hotel, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Hotels that need live availability by date, or rooms kept in step with booking sites, should keep their booking engine and channel manager; the website can link to it. On the demo a room bought online is booked for the first available night and the hotel confirms the dates by e-mail.
- Casinos: the site shows the gaming age (21 and over) and the problem-gambling helpline and takes no bets. There is no online gaming on it.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions hotel owners ask
Can we use our own rooms, prices and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the rooms, prices, policies and photos; the demo's resort and pictures are only examples.
How do guests pay?
Through the site's own checkout, once the hotel connects a payment gateway such as PayPal. The demo stops before payment and no card is charged.
Does the website sync with booking sites?
No. A hotel that sells rooms on booking sites as well should keep its channel manager and link to its booking engine from the website.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
